100 day returns
We offer a "no quibbles" return policy, which means you can return an item to us for any reason within 100 days, for a prompt refund or replacement.
- If your item is simply not wanted please ensure the goods arrive back with us unused, and in a resalable condition so we can issue you a refund for the cost of the product (excluding delivery charges / the cost of the return)
- In the unlikely event an item is missing, we will offer either a refund for the cost of the item, or a replacement delivered free of charge
- In the unlikely event we send you an incorrect item, or if something is faulty or damaged, we'll be happy to offer you a full refund (including delivery charges & the cost of the return) or a replacement delivered free of charge (plus your return costs refunded)
If you need to return something please contact us to let us know you're sending an item back, so we can issue you with a returns number. Please ensure the goods arrive back to us within 100 days of the order being delivered. Upon receipt of your return, refunds will be issued (or replacements dispatched) within 2 working days. Please note: The following items are not refundable: Opened essential oils & skincare products, gift wrapping.
