We offer a "no quibbles" return policy, which means you can return an item to us for any reason within 30 days, for a prompt refund or replacement.
If your item is simply not wanted please ensure the goods arrive with us in a resalable condition within 30 days of the order being placed.
If an item arrives faulty or damaged we'll be happy to offer you a full refund or replacement, and we'll refund your return delivery costs too.
Simply contact us to let us know you're sending an item back. Please note that some skin care items have security seals on their lids, we are only able to refund you if the security seal remains intact.
