1. ORDERING
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards including Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, and American Express. We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, Diners Club, Discover, UnionPay, Bancontact (Belgium), iDEAL (Netherlands), and USDC Stablecoin.
Do you offer any voucher codes?
From time to time we run special offers, including 10% off your first order. If a promotion is available, you'll see a "10% OFF" pop-up in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
Can I send a gift directly to the recipient?
Yes. Simply enter the recipient's delivery address at the checkout. We never include prices inside our parcels, making it perfect for sending gifts directly.
Can I include a gift message?
Yes, you can include a personalised gift message which we'll print on a gift card, free of charge. Simply enter your message in the box provided at the bottom of the screen, once you have added an item to your basket.
Do you offer a gift wrapping service?
Yes, we can professionally wrap your order for £4.99 per item, and include a gift card and message for you. See here for more info.
Do you include an invoice with my order?
No, just a packing slip without any prices on it. If you need an invoice, please get in touch. If you're ordering from outside the UK, we have to include an invoice on the outside of the package for customs purposes.
Can I track my order?
All orders are sent using a tracked service, so we'll include your tracking link on our dispatch email to you.
Is it safe to order from your website?
Absolutely. We use a secure, encrypted checkout and work with trusted payment providers including Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Every order is dispatched using a tracked delivery service, and as an independent UK business, we're committed to providing excellent customer service before and after your purchase.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn't already been dispatched, yes. If the order has already been sent, then please follow our 100 day 'no quibbles' returns policy.

2. DELIVERY / RETURNS
How much does UK delivery cost?
UK delivery costs £3.99 for a 2-3 day tracked service, or £4.99 for a 1-2 day tracked service. UK delivery is FREE for orders over £50.
How quickly will my order be dispatched?
We offer same day dispatch for UK orders placed before 3pm (Mon-Fri). International orders are dispatched within 24 hours.
Do you offer next day delivery?
The fastest service we offer is 1-2 day delivery in the UK. Simply choose the speed of the delivery service you need, at the checkout. See the options here
Which countries do you ship to, outside the UK?

What happens if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, if possible, a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as we can.

3. GENERAL QUESTIONS
What is Boostology and who owns it?
Boostology is an independent UK gift company specialising in eco-friendly, stylish and unusual gifts. Founded in London in 2019, we're passionate about helping people find thoughtful gifts that are a little different. The company was founded by former BBC journalist Martin Gerhard. It has received great reviews in the press, you can see those reviews from the press here and from our own customers here.
Where do your products come from?
We make some of the products ourselves (like our home diffusers, candles and jewellery) the rest of our products are sourced from authorised UK suppliers. Everything we sell is new, in stock and 100% original.
What kind of products do you sell?
We sell home fragrance (diffusers, candles), board games, jigsaws, jewellery, wellness gifts & hampers, crafting & origami gifts and much more. Many are made exclusively in-house and are not available anywhere else. We focus on natural materials and lower-impact packaging wherever we can, so you don't have to hunt for the eco-friendly option.
What kind of packaging do you use?
All of our packaging is 100% plastic free. We use cardboard boxes, paper envelopes and paper tape which are all recyclable. The packing beads we use to protect our products are made from natural starch, which is compostable too.
Are your products eco-friendly?
Sustainability is important to us. We use plastic-free packaging, make many products in-house, and choose natural materials wherever possible. We do not sell any items made entirely of plastic.
Are your products handmade?
Our essential oil diffusers, candles and jewellery are all handmade in the UK.
What if i don't know what to buy?
We make it easy to find the perfect gift - you can browse gifts by occasion (birthday, Christmas), by recipient (for him, for her), by price (under £10, under £20), or by gift type. Just use the menu at the top of our homepage to find what you're after.
Do you have a physical store or is this online only?
Our products are only available online, which means we can keep our prices lower for our customers.
Do you offer corporate gifts?
