1. ORDERING
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Maestro, Diners Club, Discover, UnionPay, Apple pay, Google pay, Shop pay, Paypal & Klarna.
We also accept local payment methods including iDeal (Holland) and Bancontact (Belgium)
Do you offer any voucher codes?
Yes! Please subscribe to our email newsletter for special offers and voucher codes. The sign up box is on our homepage, at the bottom.
Do you include an invoice with my order?
No, just a packing slip without any prices on it. If you need an invoice, please get in touch. If you're ordering from outside the UK, we have to include an invoice on the outside of the package for customs purposes.
Can I track my order?
If your order has been sent via a registered service, we'll include your tracking link on our dispatch email to you.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn't already been dispatched, yes. If the order has already been sent, then please follow our 100 day 'no quibbles' returns policy.
2. DELIVERY / RETURNS
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, UK orders over £50 are delivered free of charge.
I'm in a rush for my order, how fast can I get it?
We dispatch all orders within 24 hours of the order being placed. Simply choose the speed of the delivery service you need, at the checkout. See the options here
Do you ship outside the UK?
